Sad news from the NFL

correction- Ray Lewis was not convicted of murder, but of obstruction of justice. T.O I get what your saying, I love dogs and cannot understand how people can be so savage to fight them, abuse them, and neglect them. Right now I have a beautiful boxer sitting on my lap that someone dumped along side a busy highway. We zigzagged across four lanes of traffic to rescue her and spent $750 to make her healthy again. But I also think Vick has made his amends and deserves to not have hear about it anymore. But to the AH's that kicked my beautiful boxer Midge to the curb, full of worms and nearly starved, I wish you a life of misery.

i don't think. The people who dumped Midge have never been caught and will never be caught because lowlifes don't draw media attention like an NFL superstar. They are free to mistreat animals unpunished for the rest of their lives.

 
Only 300,000$ a year to live off of for cars and rent??!! OH MY GOD, WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! :ahhhhhhhh

No sympathy here. He makes plenty, to play a game.

As an Eagles fan, I feel obligated to throw out, for anyone who did not finish reading the article... He's spending all of that money to pay off his debts.

In 2009, when Vick, 32, got out of prison, where he spent 21 months on dog fighting charges, his lawyers accepted a "reorganization plan" to help pay off debts. He currently has to pay two-thirds of every dollar earned to creditors as part of the order, according to USA Today. Vick also was given living expenses of $300,000 per year to cover rent, vehicles and schooling for his children, among other items.
