I haven’t made this! I thought I would post it in case anyone cares to make this for Thanksgivung.
1 Turkey-13 to 15 pounds
3 tablespoons softened butter
4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoons rubbed sage
1 teaspoon paprika
Pat Turkey dry. Combine the butter, salt, pepper, sage and paprika, rub over the outside and in of the bird. Bake in covered roaster at 350 degrees for approximately 3-1/2 to 4 hours or until meat thermometer reads 180, let stand 20 minutes before carving.
