Savory Chicken & Wild Rice:

6-8 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts

Bacon

2 Boxes Uncle Ben’s Wild & Brown Rice Mix

2 Cans Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup

***No Substitutions

2 Soup Cans Water

Line a 13x9-in. pan with aluminum foil.

Make a single layer of bacon on top of foil.

Sprinkle the rice over the bacon. Spread the Golden Mushroom Soup over the rice.

Arrange chicken breasts over this. Sprinkle the seasoning packets on top of the chicken breasts. Pour the 2 soup cans of water over the entire pan. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
