One thing he will change is bringing a competitive spirit to a program coming off an all-time low in wins in what seems like forever. Another thing he will do is get the most out of his players. The other factor that he brings is putting his players in positions for success and taking advantage of other teams weaknesses. He will elevate Nebraska's level of play which will, in turn, make the B1G West and the B1G conference better overall.
