Scott Frost Lost and streeter wonders if people still want him as HC of Nebraska

This thread and this entire idea of Frost as a Head Coach is one huge fail.

Yes, let's fire a guy we hired as a first time head coach because it appears he and his first time assistants may be in over their heads.....THEN turn around and hire a brand new shiny first time head coach all over again. Dumbasses.
Not all first time head coaches are in over their heads. Ours is though.

People need to take into consideration that Stanford is a senior-laden team. They have 15 players out of 22 on the 2 deep for defense that are going to be gone next year. There offense doesn't fair any better.

If he's still coaching here 10 years from now...do we still call him a first time head coach? I think after almost 6 years...Bo's no longer a "first time head coach". He doesn't get that benefit of the doubt anymore IMO.

I remember that argument when it was "theyre senior laden, Andrew Luck is gone and so is Jim Harbaugh"

They won the Rose Bowl the next year, beating a team that hung 70 on Nebraska. And dominated in doing so.

I am glad I wasn't the first one to say it. Thought about asking this in a status update.

He got blown out on prime time!!! His offense was embarrassed!!!!!!!

it would not be prudent for nebraska to take a flyer on him and i just do not see it happening, anyway. however, i think it is unfair to say it is his offense. again, he does not deserve the credit when they looked like world-beaters just as he does not deserve the blame when they were shutdown.

Watching that game last night, it occurred to me that Heisman front-runner Marcus Mariota was making all the poor throws, taking all the sacks and dropping the ball in all the same ways that Taylor Martinez does in a bad game.

I don't disagree. It's been said that Helfrich is heavily involved in the offensive game planning and has the ability to override his play-calls.
