In my opinion, I think this was Frost’s biggest mistake leading to his lack of success. He needed to bring in 2 established Coordinators, one of which ideally would have had P5 head coaching experience. It would also have been prudent to turn over some of his position coaches he had at UFC and instead bring in experience.

This is obviously all hindsight, but many people were also questioning him bringing the entire staff at the time it happened.

Very true, and when a change was made he hired an Offense Coordinator that was working at a credit union.

I don't know what led to that, but once the AD found out that was the kind of Coordinator we were looking at, the plug needed to be pulled.
