Everyone on the yacht decided to take a dip in the water. However, they neglected to put the ladder off the side of the boat. Thus they couldn't get out of the water and eventually drowned.

In the middle of the ocean is a yacht. Several corpses are floating in the water nearby. What happened?

 

After a long day on the open water, a group of people on a yacht decided to go swimming. After they had been in the water for a while they realized they hadn't lowered the ladder to get back into the yacht. One by one they drowned.
