Kansas City desperate for revenue to pay of the Arrowhead Renovation, cuz it sure the hell aint paying for itself.

I thought KC had an NFL team....oh wait, nevermind.

The fall classic between Northwest Missouri State and Pitt State isn't going to pay for the renovation?

I'm a big Chiefs fan. As loyal as they come. This season is garbage. I'm having a hard time remembering to at the very least turn the radio on every Sunday. I joked with my boss at work (he's chiefs fan too) that it was a great football weekend. Huskers won and Chiefs didnt play. That's how disinterested I am right now.

First Todd Haley which wasn't great but, then they bring in the fabulous Romeo Crennel. Who's making these decisions?

The Savior, Scott Pioli. He built what the Patriots are today (supposedly) and the Hunt Family assumed he could do it again in Kansas City. Laughable.

me too. i wanted to go and see the sea of red flood bourbon street. what a missed opportunity. would have been a great excuse to visit my favorite city.

And I would think playing in the south is a better recruiting opportunity for the Huskers versus playing in KC.

What are they going to do to Arrowhead? I know there were talks about wanting to put a roof on it, but that would be quite the undertaking.

The renovations are done. The added a huge press/suite structure and basically modernized the rest of the facility. I think it ended up costing almost $400 million.

I really hope this happens. I'd love to be able to drive 2 hours 45 minutes and cheer for the Huskers and end seeing an extra game. Arrowhead is used to a sea of red, and I think we could turn that into a home game like atmosphere.

So Southern Miss's home game will be over run with Husker red. Who do they think they are? Northwestern?

2 of em. Chiefs couldnt beat Southern Miss either.

I'd take it as I live in KC. Been to two Chiefs games this year and wont be back to see them play until they make some real changes. It's a damn circus
