It's his little squinty eyes when he speaks to the press, one trait that i've noticed about him that rubs me the wrong way. It's also a pretty sure sign of a lack of respect towards others and being a "know it all"Really? Funny how we've read him completely different from one another.
Looking at his posts I think he's mocking the sunshine pumpers on this site- I could be wrong though, it seems there are a number of delusional people hereLook at the schedule and re-evaluate your delusional surroundings

It doesn't matter. If the 2 big sports (football and basketball) are not going well, and they generate the most revenue and attention for a program, that is all that really matters.
Seriously? I'm surprised some people don't think the success of football at NU is his/her most important responsibility.I am surprised so many of us seem to thing Athletic Director only handles football.
Now known as Exhibit 1 of "laughing all the way to the bank."Northern Illinois was paid over 800,000 to kick our asses in our house.
Holy sh#t!

The football program went downhill almost as soon as Tom Osborne retired. It's incredibly difficult to replace a hall of fame coach. Check out Alabama's woes after Bear Bryant retired. How long did it take them to right the ship again?
So winning the conference title last year for first time In awhile and getting to the post season 3 of last 4 means baseball is trending down? Wow, just wow. Don't have to like SE, but don't oversell the point.VectorVictor said:Incorrect. The other sports matter--namely, the ones that garner attention (e.g. Baseball) or are revenue neutral and/or make money (e.g. Football, Basketball, Volleyball, (sometimes) Baseball).
And other than Volleyball, all three programs are stagnant or trending down under Eichorst.
