I have heard some really great comments regarding Neal's upside by some people who know how to evaluate D1 talent. The gamble is he needs to be developed (in the weight room and technique-wise), and it will be up to him how quickly he will see the field, based on how serious he takes that training.

Definitely has some toning to do. Hope he takes it serious and we see him soon. Cant fault the kid for looking and enjoying the process but come spring, its time to get serious
