I can't find any articles saying anything like that. Where did you see it?

 
Well....can't find the article I thought I remembered. Here is an article where the coach claims he's a raw talent and hasn't spent much time in the weight room but he's a freak athlete.

Just seems strange that he's that raw but his brother was a 5*.

Probably just interpreting quotes wrong. No big deal.

Great pick-up. Hopefully we can hang on to him - I think he is going to have a monster year and will get the attention of some major players. In fact, he already has but seems to be a plan B for some of the offers he has - ie Alabama, FSU and Georgia. This one could be interesting down the stretch.

Kid will be a stud. Glad to have him N.

 
I also read somewhere along the way that when his mom passed away he transferred to the catholic school, and that the travel to and from there from where he live in Miami was tough. One of his prior coaches said, "he needs to get out of state" so I'm betting Parrela's leadership and parenteral like guidance (as well as Rileys') was a good fit.

There is a picture on twitter of him lifting weights in his back yard. He has the right mentality.
