Yeah, but in the modern ratings system, has there been a 5 star player from the state of Nebraska? I am not so sure. If "star" ratings were passed out when Ahman came out of Central, then I would say he would have been the last.

 
I bet he can tie his shoes whilst standing on his head, and at the same time sing stairway to heaven in reverse.... While blocking 2 DT's

let's just see what happens, doesn't matter that much because they don't give a true good nebraska prospect credit when its due...

One of the nation’s top overall linemen and possibly the top prospect in Nebraska…..Two-way star who recorded 94 tackles as a junior in earning consensus First Team All-State honors on the defensive side of the ball…….Has been a starter since his freshman season……Projects on the OL in college……Rare combination of size, speed (4.93 combine forty) and quickness (great shuttle at U.S. Army Combine)……Great bloodlines, as his father, Dean Steinkuhler, was an All-American center at Nebraska…..His coach has had a couple of players go on to the NFL and says that Baker is a superior prospect to both of them…..He committed to Nebraska in September 2006.

Dean Steinkuhler was a guard. Did he even play center?

 
Baker and Dan Hoch were named to Rivals top 100 for 2008, and hopefully we get Trevor Robinson from Elkorn, he's also in the top 100. Possibly 3 top 100 recruits already. 2008 is looking good.
