Wondering if Torres committing shuts things down as far as A.J Bianco goes?

Maybe a case of taking a raw player to develop or not taking a QB at all in the class. With the trajectory of the program, losing seasons 5 of the last 6 years and no bowls I can't imagine too many top tier QB's even would consider NU at this point.I think it's a massive mistake for a staff not known for developing players to take another project at QB. Ordinarily taking a project is fine, but this is multiple years in a row.
I'm sure the staff would love to take a 4 or 5 star qb or skill position guy and are actively trying to recruit them, but maybe these are the best that are interested at the moment. If you were a 4 or 5 star talent with no ties to Nebraska you probably aren't interested in a team that cant even make a bowl game.I think it's a massive mistake for a staff not known for developing players to take another project at QB. Frost and Co. need to actually develop high school skill possession talent, something they haven't done well, or start recruiting players ready to play after their redshirt year.
Let's hope Torres gets better and can be the guy to turn Nebraska into a winner.
