Sin City

Just saw Sin City the other day and I gotta say I was very impressed. Visually the movie is stunning even though it's in black in white w/ color added for emphasis, i.e. blood. The stylized violence is almost the same as Kill Bill, which is desensitizing since it seems more like a cartoon. But the plot lines and camera work are absolutely awesome, not to mention the old school dialogue which gives it the feel of a bad gangster movie from the '50s, which is a good thing. But I would recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys Tarantino movies.

That movie kicked a$$! So visually stunning. Mickey Rourke was awesome in that movie.

It was a good movie, moreso for the way it was filmed than for the story. I really didnt know what I was getting into going into it, but it ended up being pretty graphic, but pretty good, too :thumbs

Everyone I talk to says it was a movie worth watching. I will have to check it out.
