Slauson status

I talked to Slauson earlier this week and asked him about his shoulder. He said it feels really good, his recovery is going better than planned and right now he has 100% range of motion. The training staff is being cautious and not rushing him back, and he may be held out of the season opener. But he also said he could play with no concerns and that he really wants to play in the 1st game.

We'll need him for more for Wake and SC, though.

I thought he'd be a good Captain candidate too.

I wouldn't rush it, let him set out and get ready for Wake and USC.

I thought anyone could be voted captain by the players. Dailey was as a Sophomore.
