Smoked Chicken & Veggies:
Marinate a whole chicken with Olive Oil, lemon juice, rosemary, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic.
Smoke it on a Weber at 250 F for 2-1/2 hours using apple and cherry wood.
Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans sautéed in butter and garlic.
