So lets just say that TO and everyone has decided on Pelini already... not saying it happenend but if they do decide on him do they have to wait till LSU's season is over to make the announcement???

depends on what NU/Osborne and Pelini/LSU agree on. Out of respect for LSU and Osborne realizing the importance of focusing on Conf championship games, I would guess the announcement would come shortly after the SEC championship.
