You concisely make a lot of very spot-on comments. Northwestern certainly had a scheme to stop us, but they didn't have the horses on D to do so. However, instead of taking what they gave us on D, sounds like we insisted on running into a brick wall over and over with the "commitment" to the running game. We should have pulled out all the stops on offense and tested them deep, something we obviously didn't do. Taylor was in an absolute zone and shredding through their pass D, you think that woulda opened up the offense some more, but we didn't keep pressing where it hurt.
