At this point he is the "real" AD. Its his decision when the interem tag comes off. To me that means its his job til he doesnt want it anymore.

 
I'd think any prospective coach would think twice if they thought their hiring manager was about to be replaced. I think NU needs to have TO on board for at least a few years, otherwise they need a new AD and coach.

 
I think TO will be here till the new coach is totally settled in.

He doesn't want to risk any Steve Pederson kind of thing happening.

T.O. said all along he would be here until they get the program turned around. This is the job he wanted after coaching so I doubt that he's in any hurry to quit.

Agreed. IMO he will be around until things are back to glory or at least well on their way. I see him being a mentor to whoever the new coach is. After all, that's his style.
