Dear Turner,

I am so sorry but we are gonna straight curb stomp your hapless Jayhawks.

Nothing personal, we still love the Triplets, but it is what it is.

Signed

Is KU really this bad, or is KSU better than most people think?

Since KSU barely beat ISU Im leaning to answer #1 right now

I think Kansas is just really that bad this year.

The Jayhawks are arguably the least talented team in the entire Big 12 position by position. The announcers tonight said that the Jayhawks have started a ton of different players each game in order to find consistency and what works best. Gill basically walked into a situation with nothing to work with and is trying to pull the pieces together. He may not get to a bowl this year or next year, but he at least has the mental fortitude to take the team the right way. Eventually, he is going to have to win some games, but you can't ask for a better man than Turner Gill.

I agree. I watched a lot of this game and I saw a quarterback fumble, defensive backs and linebackers that were completely out of position. K-State's TE ran right by two Jayhawk defensive backs who basically blew their assignment letting him score with ease. I didn't see one guy on KU's team who looked impressive. If you don't have the athletes you are not going to win regardless of who's coaching and this year's Kansas team does NOT have the athletes.

This game was pretty sad. KSU was dominating them at every match up. I want Gill to do better than this, but its going to take a very long time. . .maybe longer than his welcome is there.

Turner was put in a very tough spot with what KU had coming in, but I am really questioning some of the moves he made, like moving Operum from RB. That kid was a stud as a frosh last year. Hopefully he will get it turned around in the future until then the curb stomping goes down next month.

It's like he's at buffalo all over again except he's in a better conference. What can you do? I think a down to basics approach would be first. Just get that D in position playing smart. Even if they lack they ability at least they won't look clueless. Everyone is after him because they can see the team looks lost. Get them understanding what they are supposed to do and let the kids lack of talent show as they get beat and pushed around.
