He doesn't have to. TM is on the bench.Or is this the part where Beck adjusts to his famous "stall" or "play not to lose" scheme?So..... Is this the part where we give up 38 straight points?

I'm curious how the offense comes out in the second half. last week both sides came out very, very flatI'm very curious to see how our defense comes out in the second half.
probably jauntily jogging out of the tunnel walk.I'm very curious to see how our defense comes out in the second half.
Well, Taylor without turf toe anyway. I don't think Martinez has been close to full speed four a couple of games now.Tommy's not nearly as fast or explosive as Taylor from what we've seen, but he executes the read option very well.
I think Tommy's so smooth that he doesn't look as fast or explosive as he really is.Tommy's not nearly as fast or explosive as Taylor from what we've seen, but he executes the read option very well.
I would say a couple of years now.Well, Taylor without turf toe anyway. I don't think Martinez has been close to full speed four a couple of games now.Tommy's not nearly as fast or explosive as Taylor from what we've seen, but he executes the read option very well.
i just said the same thing. Can't help but think we take a knee to end the half if Martinez is in the game. It's nice not having to be so worried about that ill-timed INT or fumble right there.
It's nice not cringing every time the ball is thrown knowing there's a 50/50 chance it will be picked offCan't help but think we take a knee to end the half if Martinez is in the game. It's nice not having to be so worried about that ill-timed INT or fumble right there.
Tommy seems to have a little more wiggle than Taylor. I still say if we're not going to unleash Taylor's running, then why start him? Maybe if the coaches feel more comfortable about the backups, they'll let Taylor run.Tommy's not nearly as fast or explosive as Taylor from what we've seen, but he executes the read option very well.

We saw TA make a couple throws under heavy pressure. We also saw him make a couple quick and correct decisions on the option.I'd be inclined to agree, but then I remembered we're playing SDSU. Let's wait on this until we see TA and/or RKIII against B1G competition. Our second and third string qbs are both better passers than our starter.
And the way this year is going, I believe we're gonna see them play significant minutes during the heart of our schedule.
