Spareribs & Sauerkraut/Pic

Use how many potatoes/sauerkraut and spareribs that you want.  My mom used to make this.   It is easy to make and our family loved it!  Sometimes I mix a little brown sugar in with the sauerkraut, it’s good either way!

Spareribs & Sauerkraut:

Sliced White Onions, To Taste

Garlic, Chopped, To Taste

Libby’s Sauerkraut

Country-Style Spareribs

Russet Potatoes, Peeled & Halved

***Sometimes I Leave The Peel On

Ground Black Pepper & Garlic Salt

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

Put onions, garlic, potatoes and sauerkraut in bottom of roaster; stir.

Season both sides of country/style spareribs with ground black pepper and garlic salt.

Cover country-style spareribs with more sauerkraut.

Put some onions on top of sauerkraut if you want.  

Put lid on roaster and bake all day at 220 degrees.

Do you use country style PORK ribs or pork spareribs or some sort of BEEF rib?

I've never heard of country style spareribs.... Do they have a bone in them?

I just called them that because that is what my mom called them.  She was a great cook!
