Spring Game Televised?

Actually....in 2007 it was the NFL network on a tape-delay basis-was shown in the evening around, 8 I think.

Spring game won't be on TV with Bo here...move on

I've seen it on NFL network before but they didn't show it last year. I hope they can get it, they should at least put it on PBS.

They did it the one year, 2007, and BC came up to the booth and called plays. It was a pretty cool insight into how quickly you have to manage the game and get plays down to the guys. It only increased my desire to become an OC when I grow up. :laughpound

Watching the spring game is worse than watching NFL preseason. As you begin watching you realize a few things... 1. the results don't matter; 2. great individual performances won't equate to success in the fall; 3. you're playing with yourself while the team is playing with itself; 4. And, lastly, there are still MONTHS to go until football actually counts again. WHAT a DRAG.

That makes spring football......EPIC FAIL

ugh. this gets asked every year, and every year the answer is:

"no it will not be on tv, the last time it was on tv was in 2007. now that bo is here it will never be on tv again."

and that pretty well sums it up.

We should be happy that Bo lets the University sell tickets and the local newspapers report it. ;)

And that Fox Mulder isn't hunting around Nevada looking for Area 51, where this reported "Spring Game" is going to occur...

True, but it will be interesting to see the new coaches and how things are progressing.

I'm bored, I can't wait for Spring practice.
