Spring Game

38-0 final score no scoring in second half, no one seemed to be that impressive during the game, Lucky had to leave game in 3rd looked like a knee

Well, at least that's the early word from the head coach.

A sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee.

Lucky didn't want to put weight on the knee as he rose from the bench to leave the field after the game. The knee was wrapped in ice.

He was wheeled off in one of those green tractor/carts.

A magnetic resonance imaging test will be performed Sunday.

Stay tuned.

A sprain is much better news then a tear, but until an MRI is done....We can speculate all we want until we know more.

The only thing that this game showed was that there isn't a huge gap between Keller and Ganz, although there is no way Keller won't be the starter, and that NU may be questionable on depth...Dillard and Thenarse were the best the White team could muster.

didn't hear it or obviously see it, but am i to believe the defense played poorly or were they just overmatched? the injury to Lucky, if serious, will just about kill the running offense unless the new guys really common strong. did Culbert get any carries or show anything?

Culbert was pretty ineffective, but that was pretty common theme for the white team...maybe he would've looked better on the red team? Hard to say.

I have to say, the NFL Network did a great thing by having CBC in the booth.

Hearing him call out the plays, then break them down for the commentators and audience was great.

I personally would love if the NFL Network did this again next year with the same format.
