I just blazed through all the notes, so excuse the lack of link, but it was nice to see Parrella mention Peyton Newell as progressing.

A quote from Banker.

"I was very, very disturbed about our run defense," he said. "We were very undisciplined in our gap responsibilities both up front and in the second level."

Banker goes on to say they gave up too many big runs of 10 or more yards, and that it wasn't the offense beating them, but that they were just out of position.

The rest of it is a lot of coach speak that you've probably heard 100 times. The 'good news' from the article is that Banker thought the pass defense was looking better.
