Spring Practice - Special Teams

I like how diaco is coaching the punters. Nothing helps your defense more than the punt team. Guarantee he does everything he can to take Lightborn to the next level.

 
Special Team Assignments:

Punt - Bray in charge, Elliott & Thompson assisting

FG Block - Parrella

FG Protection - Cav & Sopolo inside; Edges: Davis & Tavita

 
Lots of props from both Riley and media guys for Wyatt Mazour. Definitely in the mix for kick return duties.

I am just glad that we are actually paying attention to and realizing that we have only really used 2/3rd of a game plan for two years. I'm optimistic good special teams play has got to be worth a win or two. Especially with a new defensive scheme and breaking in new QB's...

One of my college friends went to the same highschool as him and has said how big of a beast he is. Strong fast and small. I'm hoping he can be a great returner. Maybe looking at PR when DPE is gone.
 
Played against him. Screw Wyatt, dude was the QB and he got so low you couldn't seem him over the line. By the time anyone on the D could see him he was around the edge lol.
