I'd like to see Bush on the field just because he's a lefty. Can't remember ever seeing a left-handed quarterback play at Nebraska.

Reports that I'm hearing are that AJ Bush hype is just that - hype. He's got all the skills, and he's more athletic than Tommy, but he's got a similar arm to Tommy's - he's got the cannon, lacks accuracy on anything short/over the middle.... Hope it's wrong, I'd love to see him take it over. Just what I'm hearing.

Tommy's gonna be our qb in 2015. In 2016 too.

I don't think Bush will end up as the starter, but it would be nice if we had someone who could at least push Tommy and be a legitimate backup option.

I think Brions issue was more on the mental side, AJ might just need some coaching. way to soon to name anyone a starter for this or next year.

All of this talk about Bush could very easily be Riley/Langsdorf pushing Tommy. The more they praise the backup, the less complacent he'll be. That kind of thing.
