That is a safe assumption. While watching Target Field grow up here, the concrete forms went in super fast. Considering this is a fraction of that, it won't take long at all. Assuming that is, the process for installation is similar. Who knows, they could be doing work below those decks that may slow it down some how.

This is very possible, however, there may be a good opportunity to complet concrete forms and moving lights between the Wisconisn and Michigan games (9/29 all the way to 10/27 between home games).

If I were doing stadium expansion I would look hard at a completely new facility. It would hold no less than 115,000 people. It would have self contained training and indoor/ outdoor practice facilites, weight training, nutrition, dorms and classrooms.
