I once ate "The Big Oinker" from Jethros BBQ in Des Moines. A 16 egg omelet with a lb of smoked ham and 8 slices of toast covered in cheddar cheese in under 15 minutes. I won't ever do that again fwiw.

I mostly felt like posting this for the many tangents that can come from me saying I ate the big oinker.

My brother ordered one (At Jethros, I'm pretty sure) a few years ago. Just for himself. Went at it for probably a good 40 minutes, and then realized that there were like two chicken tenderloins hidden underneath.

But why you should vote for me... I'm not a Creighton fan for basketball. I stick to my 'Skers for all sports minus extreme Frisbee, sorry extreme Frisbee fans.

I played Running back a few years at Benson, thoughts? We weren't good, but with a good enough line, I can look like a poor, sober version of Quentin Castille!
