How did this kid not get a DUI?

How did OJ not get charged with murder? Gotta love our justice system, am I right?

Um, OJ did get charged with murder. Don't you remember what seemed like months and months of television coverage on the trial?

The kid was sleeping in his car with the heater on when the cops busted him. A first-offender under these circumstances will often going to get pre-trial diversion or a reduced charge. He didn't get any favors.

There were no extenuating circumstances like these when others got busted for DUI and Caputo hasn't had any problems before, I can understand the kid playing.
