Pretty much everyone knows about Strasburg and how great he is etc...

New news on the front though.. They are saying that if he doesn't sign with the Nats by midnight tonight, he doesn't want to go back to SDSU... he's exploring the independent market and interested in 2 teams, both from the American Association.. The St. Paul Saints and the Lincoln Saltdogs...

If true.. How sweet would it be to have him here next year even for half of the season? The opportunity to watch possibly one of the greatest pitchers ever.

Would have been great to see him sign to play with the Saltdogs. I live in Shreveport and we have the Captains here which the Saltdogs play. Would have loved to have seen him pitch.
