Probably to change the offense to something more competitive at the college level. Which enables any QB a better opportunity to make plays and keep's defenses guessing while stretching the field. This is another hint he's going to fire Billy C. Billy C. even admitted when he was hired he only knows the WCO. He won't even consider running a different O.
