Storm pics - dial up warning

They turned out OK. The storm was really tiny. Only lasted for couple minutes. I was lucky enough to catch some lighting in one of em. It was really far away so I had to put my camera in mode that won't focus very well. My camera takes better pics normally.

I live in Omaha, yes. I live about 10+ miles from Kiewit Middle School.

I was very intrigued by the clouds that were set off by the sunset. They are shaped funny. I believe it is updrafts or something from the passing storm.

 
Wow those clouds are wicked looking. Almost looks like armaggedon is about to ensue - but hopefully its just b/c of the size of those pix. I'd hate for Ben Affleck or Will Smith to show up and ruin your bbq. <_<

Haha,. I think the funky clouds were accentuated by the fact that I had to use a slow shutter speed due to low light and I didn't have my tripod out to keep the camera as steady as possible.
