2 AM my wife wakes me up "Some thing just hit the house!" Go walking around the outside of the house - don't see anything in the dark. Wake up and see a limb took off part of the gutter and I slept through it.

Disclaimer - many years ago I slept through a train derailment 1/2 block away.
