All-Conference
Our S&C staff was told they would be employed until the end of the month. I am sure UCF's staff won't come until 2nd semester. As I understand it, that is how these things work.

I wonder how the different the workouts are or will be?
Zach Duval was the Nebraska Football Strength Coach from 97-02; so he was under Boyd Epley. Here's a link to a good article on him, and what his players at UCF accomplished in the weight room.

I bet it has far more to do with clueless coaching than S&C.
The players seemed to get after it pretty good when they thought they had a chance.
There’s no excuse for Diaco’s D.
They also need to recruit suitable players for the size of the Big Ten.
You can’t win with a mid-major size team.
