Did anyone else see him line up 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage, on the OSU side? He was there staring at the Nebraska sideline for 5+ seconds, then sprinted over to our side. Does that count against him in the mental error count?

As ineffective as he is..the refs were probably going to let him stay lined up there without a flag.
