Nebraska is second in the nation as far as current nfl players, most of which were from the 90's. TO and McBride were good coaches, no doubt, but without the best strength training program, and the ability to recruit skill players from out of the state, TO doesnt win titles period. I would say that talent is more important. You cant blitz every play like we did without great corners and safeties which we had, you cant run about three variations of the same play over and over again to the point where they know what is coming but cant stop it without great players. Players play the game, and as long as you dont have a complete idiot for a coach you going to win a large percentage of the time. Just look at how great Brett Favre made Mike Holmgren look.
