Taylor did practice yesterday according to Ted Gilmore

If Martinez goes out on the field for the first series and runs like he's 100%, there will be a lot of "puckering" in the state of Oklahoma. I do not believe that this will happen (Martinez near 100%) but it's fun to think about...
That would make a buch of people for OU need to change their panties

Oklahoma would get slaughtered if that's the case. I'm talking full on massacre. But when I come back to reality, it's going to be a defensive battle.

myself included...... :corndance

yeah, realistically we know he can't go......TT and ankle are too much to overcome.

Imagine if Martinez gingerly lined up behind center, took a few steps back and then, "Man Woman and Child!!" he ran it to paydirt. What if the ankle and turf toe are healed and Martinez is back to 100 percent. It would be freaking awesome!

What if first play from scrimmage Martinez throws a screen that OU picks off and runs back for six?

I still have nightmares from that game.

Well, the point is we as fans have the same type of expectations about the game tomorrow that we had for the Texas game. Against Texas, we were epic fail. If we do the same tomorrow, I'm just not sure if we will ever come out of meltdown mode. Kharma wasn't on our side at home against horrible Texas. Will it be tomorrow?

We can what if all day, but there is no way you or I are gonna see the same Taylor from the Washington and KSUcks games. I wish like hell we would, if we had that Taylor, OU doesn't stand a chance and they would know it.

Good god, why did you have to remind me. Everytime we ran that play I screamed "NO!!!" You could see the DB breaking before the ball left Ganz's hand.

Did we run a lot of screens last year? It was more a staple of Callahan IIRC and he worked very well with them. All those slip screens to Lucky that he made a career out of. The game against Oklahoma, if I recall that was a comeback route that was jumped and a poor decision by Ganz.
