247 has a disconnect between the top 100 page and his profile. There is some sort of errors going on. The #1 ranked guy Brain Cobbs is not ranked at all and shows no offers.

Interesting. On this list, he is listed as a 5* at .9848.
But, when you click on his profile, he is a 4 star at .94.

Because the list is a ranking of players by their composite, while his profile is what 247 alone has a rating for him... What I don't get is who else has rated him that would put him at a five star?
No one else has rated him.
It's a quirk in how that number is calculated. If you look at this actual profile on 247, it's not even listed because 247 is the only one that has him rated. I'm not sure the .98 is even a legit number or not supposed to be there but at the least it just has to do with how the calculation is run when there's only one service that has him rated.
