All four of Nebraska's top tight ends have two receiving touchdowns apiece.

This is more than Swift and Nunn. I think we still need a dominant TE

Well I think our TEs are fine because we run the ball so much now anyway and JB Philips and Josh Mueller are two really nice blockers, especially Mueller because of how big he is and he makes a big target when he goes out for a pass

Our TE's have done a great job. I wish Herian was having a better season though.

I would say a little of both. Watson has worked with Mueller and Phillips quite a bit to make them more effective in both the run and passing game. Plus, with the improved running game this year, it has opened up the play action to get our tight ends open in the red zone.

TE play has improved this season imo, but it still needs to get better. Herian is not, nor will be his old self, so that's too bad. But the others have stepped up.
