Tebow's Broncos.

If Tebow played on defense too the Broncos would have won.

Another headline - I'm not going to link to it, because it's schlock, but if you want to read the associated article, just google it:

Tim Tebow and Tom Brady Got a 19.5 TV Rating, the Best Regular Season CBS Rating Since 2007

Tebow loses the game and gets top billing over Brady. :vomit:

In other news, Cam Newton is set to break another passing record. He has two games to throw for 17 yards which would break Peyton Manning's record for passing yards by a rookie.

That halftime show with the monkey was the coolest thing ever, so was the SNL skit. Back to reality for Timmy.

Stuff like this is why I don't hate Tim Tebow the Person. It's the media construct that drives me crazy - a construct that has little to do with the real guy.

Tebow seems like the kind of guy we'd have wanted at Nebraska. Can't hate him.

Since this is now the official Cam Newton thread, Cam broke the NFL record today for passing yards by a rookie on a 91 yard touchdown pass. Still has another game to add to his record. Brilliant rookie season he's had.

Now that Tebow's gotten his a$$ kicked two weeks in a row maybe now the media will quit with so much Tebow crap and realize he is not a good qb.

Timmy has been exposed these last four games and we all found out he is who we thought he was. A FB/QB that can't pass the ball and will be dominated by the Pissburgh D.

A co-worker of mine is a Stealers fan. He suggested that they put a microphone on Tebow and James Harrison so the fans could hear Harrison "put the fear of God in him."

From a purely objective view point, I think Tebow had a great game tonight. Clearly this was a team effort, and Tebow in no way deserves the credit. If anything, it is his receivers for making plays. The media will most likely make a big deal out of it, but it is what it is. Tonight went to further the argument that Tebow is indeed an adequate passer. Obviously, in a typical stat check, one would look at the completion percentage and find it well below average. However, Tebow isn't being inaccurate: he's improved his accuracy to the point where it is not so much that he can't locate the ball, it is that he's forcing the balls into too tight of areas. With a continued postseason and a long offseason, Tebow gets the change to further his development as an overall QB, especially in the decision making department.

Thoughts/Comments?

Look the Tebow band wagoners finally came out of their caves where they've been hiding at for the past 4 weeks.

Pffft bandwagon? Rocky mountain dweller born and raised! I've always been a Denver fan. Tebow is a good guy. I like seeing him succeed among waves of hate.
