He was an average student from Hangu, a remote town in North Western Pakistan, but he has become a national hero. Aitzaz Hasan, 14, stopped a suicide bomber from entering his school Monday and sacrificed his life to protect his fellow students. "I saw Aitzaz trying to get hold of a guy and then there was a big explosion," said Habib Ali, who is a senior teacher at the school. The target of the bomber was the morning assembly of approximately 450 students, Ali said.

It's sad that terrorists would target a high school. Why?? What a huge hero this high school kid is.

Shock and awe, simple as that, terrorists have plans to target schools all over the world. Plans have been found of US schools in terrorist areas in Afghanistan and Iraq. If they ever act on those plans, what Adam Lanza did will be small potatoes to what they will do and that is scary. Who responds to that type of event first? The police, which is why you see most departments with AR-15 rifles and they are attempting to increase their equipment to do so. Look up the Beslan school crisis if you want a scary read on how this stuff could go down.

Kid is a hero, he put his own personal safety way in the back seat to everyone else's safety, huge respect goes out to this kid, RIP young man.
