Coming up on halftime and it's a 3-3 tie down in Austin.

So riddle me this: How can Tejas get such great recruits year in and year out and still pretty much suck? And Granny Snyder cobbles together a team out of leftovers and misfits, and still manages to squeak into the top 20?

Same issue we having coaching. Texas got screwed on a kick catch interference call going into the half so now it 10 - 3.

 
I took TU and gave the points. That's looking like a giant mistake right now. Plus it puts me in the distasteful position of rooting for the Whorns to win.

 
I want Texas to win so badly, but just barely. (hate me!) I have several relatives who are K-State grads who won't stop talking about the CTR. At this point you are wondering what CTR is....Chisholm Trial Rivarly. Its this made-up rivarly that K-State fans have (think CU/NU rivarly from a CU perspective) since they are like 5-2 in the meetings with Texas. It makes me sick.

 
Why are these Fox Sports announcers such Texas homers? UT is owned by ESPN, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Disney Corporation.

 
I want to see what Texas does if Mack goes 6-6. they have A&M and Baylor left so it's looking good for Texas to lose it's last two. I don't know if one more win this season than last is enough. You just don't have over a decade of good teams and then see it all go away. Could see it as Mack is slipping and needs to be replaced.

Considering the amount of coaches that were changed out and the large amount of freshman playing this year I don't see any thing happening to Mack Brown. They know where they were before Mack and he will leave on his own terms. The thing that I noticed is if they had even a decent QB this year they would probably be competitive. There defense isn't half bad.
