The IBF pulled the same sh#t on Tyson Fury when he won 3 belts from Klitschko.  They're kinda douchers.

Makes more sense to move up to 147 anyway.  I don't think there's much left for him at 140.

Just line up Bud vs Errol Spence now.  Forget Horn and Nate Thurmond.  Spence and Crawford are the elite of the Welterweights.  And Spence is just going to keep getting better and better
