The Aggies started Big 12 play on a high note, with a 3-0 victory over Texas, but it hasn't been quite as smooth sailing since then. They are led by junior outside hitter Kelsey Black, who is ranked second in the conference in kills per set. Associate head coach John Corbelli was an assistant coach at Nebraska under Terry Pettit in 1981, and is married to head coach Laurie Corbelli.

Yeah, it'd be awesome to see them win this set after fighting off four set points. Let's go Huskers!

I will admit I have only followed the volleyball this year by the Lincoln Journal Star blogs and stories, but it seems that the team is not a team that is a killer team where the opposition walks in knowing they have no chance to win. It seems that every match is a struggle.

For those of you that have more first-hand knowledge, is that a fair statement?

 
They have an issue of getting off to slow starts.

However, this team has the talent to absolutely dominate. When they get down, they don't quit. They WILL go very, very deep.
