The Ball Family

Singapore canes the bejebus out of folks still.  I seem to remember an American getting caned at least 15 years ago for shoplifting or maybe spray painting graffiti?

EDIT: It looks like it was theft and vandalism.  Back in 1994.  6 hits of the cane!
