It’s depressing when you look at who’s in and we’re not .

SEC is experiencing this year what the Big 10 did in the past - When the two teams are in the playoffs then the other teams are competing against teams two notches higher than your team in the lower bowls. 

SEC #5 team vs Big 10 #3 team etc

Yep. And if it continues to play out like this, it certainly provides good anecdotal evidence that the B1G shouldve gotten the last spot over a second SEC team and the PAC12 was rightfully left out. Of course if the SEC goes 2-0 in the semi-finals, the argument gets muddled.
