I get the feeling from that article that the move to WR isn't exactly temporary.

I don't think Turner would really care if it does become permanent. He sounded excited about it especially since it is an easier book to learn.

Hard to say whether this is a permanent change or not. (I'd guess it is.) If it's permanent, it may be for the best. Turner has a LOT better chance of playing Sundays at WR than QB.
