The Colorado game does not matter

If we lose to CU we will be a joke, a total joke. The announcers for the Big 12 Championship game won't be able to stop laughing that Texas has to play a joke from the Big 12 North to get to the NCG.

If we rip through CU, there will be a measure of respect in the media and some confidence on the team. If we lose in Boulder, there will be neither.

Better record means better bowl invite, in case Texas gets lucky and upsets us. :)

OK. We need to work on getting more production out of the offense, Watson could open it up even more against the Buff's knowing that he still has a date to match wits with Texas, no matter what the outcome of Fridays game. 9 wins going into the Big 12 Championship game would look a lot better on the national stage. I think we win, but its not going to be easy. This is Colorado's bowl game as far as their concerned.

GBR!!!

Yes, it does matter, we need to beat them so they shut their mouths. :)
You can bet your butt it matters to Colorado ...A win for them would make their year...
Remember last year we won and they didn't go to a bowl game? I'm sure they do too.. Although they can't do the same to us this year, they will gladly take the role of spoiler. Being a Husker fan you should know this by now, when we play CU, although it only counts as one win the game always seems to have some sort of relevance to it...

Here's some thoughts for you guys...

1. Do you think Hawkins is gone?

2. Would a victory for them save his job for another year?
