Not sure is this Is part of the same team competition as the mat drills but they have been blowing up Twitter feeds with posts today.

As long as points in this competition lead to points in Fall/Winter competitions, I don't care what they're doing.

 
This reminds me of football practice freshman year. Coach would ask something like "who holds the record for blah blah blah at K State?" during warmups and we'd reply "You coach Sims!" Then he'd punt the ball as far as he could and make us do lunges there and back. d!(k...

 
my team did a points competition once in the spring.  It was fun for about a week.  I remember at the end of spring we asked which team won and the coaches were like "uhhh".  They stopped keeping track.  We were also not good the following fall lol.  

 
This competition is all about building team culture and trying to bring guys together. You are working with a brand new staff, and over 120 guys, many new comers.... this is all about getting to know each other. This is just a fun way of promoting team unity.
